Health benefits for CUPE 5304 members are bargained in the collective agreement and provided through Sun Life Financial.

Pensions
Pensions for CUPE 5304 members are bargained in the collective agreement and provided through the OMERS pension plan. Permanent full-time employees must participate in the plan, while temporary and part-time employees have the option of participating if they meet certain requirements. If you have questions about your rights and the pension plan, please talk to a member of the executive.
